This is from over a month ago, why does it keep popping up?

I've since received 2 shipments. It all comes down to what your shipper puts on the label/paperwork

I had some come through a couple weeks back, the longest delay was in Germany, it went through US customs in a day. The Ivermectin box was opened but nothing was missing.
