I don't know to be honest, mainly the transmutation looks to achieved through phonon resonance, so that may be possible, it's a bit beyond my comprehension. I'm starting to believe a lot of things in old reference books referred to as myth might be true. He covers a load of that from the main site, goes into Tesla and loads of other funky stuff. I'd dismiss it out of hand, but so much detail is given.
