This clinical trial evaluated whether baricitinib impacted how long it took for subjects who were also taking remdesivir to recover from COVID-19.
Seems to be a newish RA pain reliever/ inflamation drug. Seems to also be much stronger than most RA drugs with more severe reactions/side effects. Also noted is not approved for treatment of covid, so why not ask the doc for Iver sonce neither are approved as a treatment for.covid.
I used 2 tubes of horse paste to get rid of my horse's post Covid bronchitis/pnuemonia/inflammation or whatever was causing a severe cough. Worked pretty good and kept my horse out of the glue factory.

We have been treating patients at our hospital with the Baricitinib. I can't say for sure if it works or not. Our doctors that switch out as hospitalists stopping and starting it so there is no consistency in this treatment. I can tell you that I have seen other RA meds given that have been almost a miracle cure for Covid. Patient that received a new RA med went from needing 20 liters of oxygen to only needing 6 liters in less than 24 hours.
