I'm not sure why people are surprised that illegally importing prescription medication through the mail attracts the governments ire. Why stop at ivermectin, order some fake Gucci shoes and heroin while you're at it.

Considering their insider trading and unConstitutional mandates, the government has no right to call anything illegal right now, especially life-saving medicine. Rule of Law has been absolutely suspended for the 'elite' (and for brown people), yet the rest of us just better follow it to the letter, eh?
