The chemtrail thing has puzzled me for years. I live near several Military bases and they even spray right over the bases/surrounding cities. This would mean the Mil is allowing these plans to do this. At some points it looks like guys are playing tic tac toe in the sky. During Trump's term there were looooong periods of time without any spraying that's a fact but spraying did still go on.

Sometimes I wonder if White Hats are doing the spraying for reasons we are unaware of.
