Better still, implement the Bible's rules for immigration.

The Bible says people from enemy nations should never be allowed into the congregation, not even after ten generations. (Deut 23:3-4)

People from allied nations should only be allowed into the congregation once three generations have passed. (Deut 23:7-8)
