Beat him? I'd probably torture that fuck for 5 minutes until I was sad enough to just kill him and be done with it.

Maybe minor harassment and lies sent to his HR department for a few months first done anonymously enough.

I wouldn't even tell them why I'm killing them. I'd just make them hurt.
