If an experimental vax is being used under state of emergency conditions and being forced on an unwilling population, why can't VAERS, a voluntary reporting system, be made mandatory under that same state of emergency? This is the question I am trying to ask a Congress member. Can you help me refine it? Can you understand what I'm asking? If they can set aside all sort of medical/health related protocols to force that shot on us, why can't we fight back by at least demanding VAERS mandatory compliance?

Why aren’t medical professionals required to report adverse effects to VAERS under the “emergency”?
The problem is not that anyone in VAERS is doing anything wrong. As I understand it the problem is that the vast majority of people with bad side effects never report them.
What can anyone do about that?
Some of the footage of whistleblower med staff has them saying they are told NOT to report. That's what I'm talking about: deliberately hiding the numbers from hospital/doctors visits.
