Damn.. this is definitely some shady stuff going on. Sounds like someone was trying to transfer 4.7 trillion dollars in funds via SWIFT and President Obama halted the transfer. Furthermore, there are claims George Bush Sr. told Obama to halt the funds. The halted funds then disappeared.
