These guys came in during Trump's first inauguration at the start, then left after being behind him for just a short while.

I tried looking everywhere and I cannot find out where those hat emblems of the enlarged head on an eagle body are from.

It must be significant.

These guys also bowed their head during a prayer.

Edit: Looks like it's just an optical illusion. See Vindman photos below. It's the Army service Cap emblem but looks weird at a distance.
