I take Tylenol PM for migraines. Funny thing is the generic or store brand doesn’t work even though it is the same listed ingredients.

I have not been able to find Tylenol PM in any of the stores. Only the generic. I have been ordering it online since. My last order is late. I have to go to the ER for a shot of Toradol because the generic wasn’t working.

This is all making sense now. It has gotten scarce since the Covid started. Did they already know it was a cure?
