Soy is in almost all store bought bread, crackers, chips, salad dressings, condiments, etc...I am trying to get it out of my house. Any thoughts?

Read label, buy organic and local if you can. Fresh or frozen always better. Make your own. We have not had any soy in our house in years, hard at first but doable. Good luck.you will be healthier for it.
there are some branded products that are soy free, in my minimal effort at the store last week, I found simply dressed salad dressing doesn't have it. olive oil or canola mayonaise, Jif natural peanut butter. I know there are better options, but this would be a step in the right direction. I guess I need to get a bread maker, doesn't seem to be any bread out there.
