I mean, I don't know how to return it and it was digitally deposited so I can't tear it up. I paid an obscene amount in taxes last year and will pay even more this year, so it's not like I will be keeping it anyway lol.
Anyone that tells you to get rid of free money is a retard hellbent on cutting you down by any means necessary.
Ignore them, accept the checks, use it to keep your family afloat, and thank Jesus Christ every night that things are not worse.
If you truly want to get rid of that dollar amount - buy shit for the homeless and keep the receipts. Just do it and be done with it. Use it as a tax write off.

It's not "free money." It's our own money that the IRS has been holding, interest free.
The technicalities don't matter, and it's effectively their money because We, the People, pay into their system whether we want to or not.
You transition that money into something that will remain yours, or you use it for a tax write off. That is what matters.
