3 years ago I got insanely terrible side effects from a hydrocortisone injection, and all the doctors treated me like I was crazy. That's when I lost faith in the medical system. I'm still dealing with side effects today, though much less than the first few months. It caused full-blown cushing disease and I literally started losing bone density in my whole body. The only doctor to realize I wasn't making it up was an osteopath who did DEXA scans of my spine and was shocked to find -16% loss of bone mass in 10 months. 2.5 years after the injection I suddenly got the idea to donate blood and plasma to get the drug out of my system, and it's working.
You never think you're going to be part of the statistic that experiences a rare severe adverse reaction to a pharma drug until it happens to you.
I remember you writing about that. Brilliant. Also, make sure your magnesium levels are good. The bones can't use calcium without Mg, and most people are deficient. Mg Glycinate has high absorption.
What's happening to your donated blood and plasma?
