300,000 cases to prosecute. Do we have enough federal courtrooms? Honest federal judges? Honest federal prosecutors? Enough jurors? Enough jail cells? How long would it take to adjudicate even if half plead guilty?
Shouldn't we get to it already? Remember, this case load would be in addition to the normal caseload which already has the courts backed up.
