If only there was some records or a database to know if a company is a criminal, pathological liar...

Pleading negligence should not - hopefully, will not - allow them to get away. They're supposed to be "experts" who know medical ethics and enforce them, to make sure only safe products end up on the market, ultimately inside people... Hopefully patriots are the ones in control of charging everyone in this crime.
