Human version of the horse paste on order but pending

According to tracking it was handed off by ups to usps and now says pending receipt. If I go down to pick up and they ask me what it is what am I required to say? Can I get in trouble for ordering it or is the worst thing can do it confiscate?

Say you don't know what it is, that you ordered a ton of shit online for Christmas.

My guess is you'll get it fine, nobody has time during the busiest shipping season to check if you're buying ivermectin.
