What does the name at the bottom associate with? owner of the phone? sender?

Could this be the same Jon Shaffer as the Iced Earth/Purgatory band member <slash> guy mixed up in the Jan.6th ongoings?

...Dig deeper and he took this role/was promoted in 2018.
