Almost a year later? Also, there are similar things like this all across the country. More than likely, the person who is responsible for fixing it is MAGA and doesn't recognize Biden as President, so it was done on purpose. I doubt it's accidental.
A year of a visitor center with barely any visitors because everything is locked down in COVID? Yeah, probably. What reason do they have to make this sign a priority?
Also, you're right! The person who has to make it might not want to! It's likely a pretty simple explanation like that.
