Think about all the Covid tours Birx and fauci were doing middle of last year. They couldn't tell you how each state was counting their covids, and how many positives actually were happening, because they would have positives retest multiple times over subsequent days (to get to consecutive 'negatives' to determine 'cured! status) and some states counted these as all positives on the same person. Somebody called Birx out on that one on one of her live updates- she couldn't answer - changed the subject.
