Even IF Starlink is blackhat... or not blackhat necessarily but controllable, the more "pipes" there are so to speak and the more access to the doors if the internet there are, the more easily we can build a second internet on top of their controlnet.
More Starlink access points equals more networks to bounce encrypted signals through without being watched by the government.
Of course that goes the other way too.
My main point is analysis on whether Starlink is good or bad is not that simple.
And it running smart cities is a null point. They could do that on non-Starlink too. Or any other day service.
