I remember hearing Alex Jones foaming at the mouth about this when it was written. I think it was around the time all the trains with shackles in them started appearing.

When I saw that years ago I always wondered what on earth they could possibly be for if it wasn’t the obvious.
I looked around a bit but couldn’t find much. 2 videos based on the same info, but enough for me to understand. I wonder if they do things to see if we even notice.... “I bet they won’t even say anything if we put shackles on trains!”
