I’ve heard this before about the Ashkenazi but I’m not 100% sure how it lines up with the Jewish diaspora after the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70.
Jerusalem was sacked and The Jews were enslaved and spread out in the Roman Empire mainly in the frontiers. Spain was one frontier, Sephardic Jews come from Spain.
The other frontier was Kiev and that’s where the Ashkenazi originate.
It doesn't line up. It's very possible that SOME Khazars came to Europe to pass themselves off as Ashkenazi, but it would have to be a significant minority, and they'd have had to intermarry so much that it'd be impossible to separate the roots of one from the other. Records of the Jewish people in Europe go back to before the Roman Empire. It's a silly argument made by people who'd rather have a face on the enemy we're fighting, because it's psychologically easier.
Does the Jewish people have a communism problem? Sure. But it's not some Grand Jewish Conspiracy. It's that downtrodden people are attracted to ideologies that promise to give them a fair shake. So much so that they're willing to ignore the fact that they're usually the first ones to end up dead when the new system takes hold.
