Fun fact, napalm is cheaper than armored vehicles and easy to make as putting Styrofoam in gasoline and mixing with a stick. Those vehicles are really hard to get into but also hard to get out I the doors are glued and glassed shut with fire as the long lasting flames turn them into portable large ovens. I'm not saying to go do it but this hypothetically situation is a possibility for people with an oppressed government like China or anywhere else that needed to fight against tyrants for their freedom back.
