It is NOT normal for children to suffer cardiac arrest.

I REPEAT.

IT IS NOT NORMAL FOR CHILDREN TO SUFFER CARDIAC ARREST.

This needs to be repeated far and wide across the nation in every school. We cannot allow for the Deep State to normalize this.
