The eyewitness seems credible. No signs of deception. Honest delivery. I've personally seen the stairs going down in the shared vestibule for the rear entry shared between CPP and Bucks...so I know there is a basement on the Bucks side. The property records confirm the square footage of a basement. And the properties on either side of CPP have a basement. It would have been ridiculous to skip over a property, omitting a basement, at the time of construction.
