Biden ain't going his full term.
I'm not sure how much is faked and how much is legit, at this point, but his medical problems are obvious.
Why did he pick Kamala?
She was ridiculously unpopular in the primaries AND played the race card on Joe.
She was that little girl.
She's also completely expendable.
Blackmail her, like they do everyone else, and she resigns.
Biden pics Hillary, resigns for medical reasons, and 2016 is corrected.
Hell, she can make Barack Obama her VP and he can get his old job back when she gets chucked into another SUV like a side of beef.
She can't pick the Kenyan ... he is not eligible to be POTUS, so he cannot be VP since VP must also be eligible to be POTUS.
I'm baffled as to why they picked Harris at this point. They didn't really need her unless she was one of the only Rat candidates that was in on all of the details of the scam 100%. Maybe they know that she would gladly leave the Presidency to a DS elite (like Clinton) had Joe keeled over unexpectedly.
Regardless, I see Hillary as VP pretty soon ... I've been saying that for over a year now :-) . Just two more weeks! :-P
Constitutional 'scholars' have argued that although there's a 12th and 22nd Amendment that prevent it from happening, there's a workaround.
The gist of it being that Obama wouldn't be 'elected' for a third term so it makes the 22nd Amendment inapplicable.
Therefore he's eligible to 'hold' office.
If eligible to 'hold' office it meets the criteria of the 12th Amendment.
One has to assume the drafters, of said amendments, knew the difference between 'holding' office and being 'elected' to office.
There is supposedly legal precedent for what constitutes eligibility.
SCOTUS would have to figure this one out, which is about as comforting as a waiting for a firing squad.
I don't want Obama back either.
