I am really upset about this requirement. I am praying that my state's legislative body can pass some sort of measure to block the mandate if SCOTUS does not rule in favor of the constitution which I suspect they won't as they are compromised by blackmail and bribery. I would like to see another appeals court circuit step in and overturn the sixth circuit's decision to reinstate the mandate.

TOPEKA, Kan. — The Kansas Senate passed a bill Monday banning businesses from mandating that workers get vaccinated against COVID-19 without the Legislature’s permission, an aggressive move in a special session called to fight federal vaccine rules supported by President Joe Biden.
Florida already has.
Don’t depend on SCOTUS. Forget about the military stepping in. Nobody has control over your body but you and God.
Even if it's upheld, that doesn't mean SCOTUS will allow a federal mandate to supersede state law. States just have to create explicit law prohibiting medical discrimination, making it a criminal offense. Execs will then have to decide which they want to risk: fines or jail time?
