I am really upset about this requirement. I am praying that my state's legislative body can pass some sort of measure to block the mandate if SCOTUS does not rule in favor of the constitution which I suspect they won't as they are compromised by blackmail and bribery. I would like to see another appeals court circuit step in and overturn the sixth circuit's decision to reinstate the mandate.

Even if it's upheld, that doesn't mean SCOTUS will allow a federal mandate to supersede state law. States just have to create explicit law prohibiting medical discrimination, making it a criminal offense. Execs will then have to decide which they want to risk: fines or jail time?
