Your statement only leaves open the idea that Trump is intelligent. Perhaps Trump is "good" but he is also unintelligent. Perhaps Trump actually believes that the vaccine is a good idea. Nothing is ever "pretty simple".

I think to add to that, he was purposely uninformed about the Vax being a bioweapon so the normies can't oppose it because he said it. They always are on opposite day mode with anything he says.
