A shield isn’t going to do anything against the CBRN. Maybe allow you to get too close to the E.

Have spent any time around rural police? I'm pretty sure next to none of them is going to go after MAGA supporters. Any "domestic terrorists" will be FBI ops or ANTIFA. Or both.
