I discussed this some 35 yrs ago with my Uncle, who is a Missionary, and a quite famous preacher. My point was, I felt the translation may have been wrong. specially the forehead intrigued me, as a 60s Child, I grew up with comic strips, and in a cartoon, they often use a balloon or a writing/pic on the forehead to simbolize a thought the character was having. Then next I asked my Uncle, if in the Vulgata (oldest bible version) really meant the wrist, or could it be also the Hand. He said it was used for both. So I figured out, that we all already had it, the Mark of the Beast: Its the credit card in your hand and the pin code in your mind. But this can be upgraded though, as we are seeing.
