It's possible that TPTB planned on not giving North American pro athletes anything more than saline to give the illusion staying power. That's what I would do if I was an evil doer plotting to take over the world
Probably since the deaths we keep hearing about are mostly European athletes. A lot of doctors are probably writing each other (or themselves) fake vax cards as well.
