I’m well versed in PCR tests and have been calling bullshit with you guys, I had a rebuttal in any debate about them that was brought up. Can any frens share their research on the antigen test regarding the results and how much merit any of it holds? Appreciate it!

3.2.0.1. Rapid antigen tests (Ag-RDTs) Ag-RDTs are designed to detect the S and N proteins of SARS-CoV-2 in upper respiratory tract specimens collected from COVID-19 patients. The most commonly used Ag-RDT for SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis uses the lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) principle, as summarized in Figure 3 A. Briefly [50], antigens in the swab sample are loaded into a well with a sample pad and flow through capillary motion up to the conjugate pad containing SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and control rabbit mAbs both tagged with detector molecules, such as colloidal gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). In the event of a positive sample, SARS-CoV-2 antigens link to the bound AuNPs at the conjugation pad forming a complex that moves by capillary action to the test line containing other SARS-CoV-2 antigen-specific mAbs. Here, antigen–antibody complexes become trapped forming a calorimetrically visible line that can be seen by the naked eye or with the help of a detector indicating sample positivity. Subsequently, the buffer containing rabbit mAbs migrates further down to the control line where they are captured by specific anti-rabbit antibodies. If the test is performed accurately, the control line also becomes calorimetrically visible meaning that the test is valid [50] https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8559769/
TLDR: The sample is mixed with some fluid and is dropped on a slide primed with two types of monoclonal antibodies. IF those react then a 'stripe' becomes visible.
Thank you for the info, this will take some time to digest and dig lol
Bamp. I want to know as members of my family are being subjected to it. What I want to know is can povidone iodine rinse reduce the 'viral load' so that it will result in a negative test? I have seen articles talking about fruit, soda, salt etc. can cause false postives. Still searching.
So far I have seen that the RAT is less sensitive. It tests for 'protein fragments'.

Problems I see with that study, as much as it sound like good news: How did they isolate Cov19 for testing? As far as I know that has not been accomplished yet.
That’s my question as well, covid hasn’t been isolated so how do they know they’re getting a positive from it?
I found this study re: achieving a "false negative" result. Nasal rinses and sprays can indeed achieve such a result. the article warns practitioners of the problem, but in my case I do not want a positive result for obvious reasons. OF course nasal rinses and sprays are good practice if one is "infected" anyway because they reduce viral load so it is a win/win. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8074645/
Here's a question that I have.. Suppose the covid 19 is indeed a bio weapon. what if one of the chemical activators of the PCR test activate on the bio weapon. Like the litmus paper they used to Give us to detect nerve agents in the military.
