How do you treat Influenza?

We all know by now how to treat covid. Does anyone have any links to articles/videos that give a treatment for influenza (Flu)?

FYI, I gave a family member ivermectin for flu. Did not seem to help (Unlike the common cold). Letting the fever get as high as possible seemed to help the most. The body has great mechanisms for fighting the flu.
