Therapeutics and prophylactic medication can reduce your chances of having severe illness, but they never truly reduce it to zero.

There could be a number of reasons why he was affected more severely.

For all I know he could have been targeted because he knows things, if you know what I mean and is very active in democrat stronghold with taking down local school boards and cleaning up trash in his own back yard.
