For Durvet Ivermectin Horse Paste, 150 lbs is 3 teeth/4 notches. The “teeth” are the raised humps, and the notches are the depressions between the teeth. Each “tooth” is equal to 50 lbs of body weight.

It is interesting that the FLCCC protocol recommends doubling or tripling the dosage for individuals who meet any of the 3 conditions listed. Please read it carefully before dosing.
