No no no! The family should have to pay the owner any damages his body did to the wheels, suspension or alignment as well as a "rental" fee.
I would definitely ask for emotional distress caused by the thought that my car was used to kill someone.
Yep, and then the parents should also be prosecuted for not teaching their kid a simple rule - "If it's not your's, don't take it."
