I want to Travel from Texas to Pennsylvania to visit a friend

Does anyone know what kind of restrictions I would run into on flights? Driving isn't an option for me because I can only be away from work for a weekend.

Check the airline restrictions. We did the same. Flew the family from DFW to Elmira on Delta. Masks are a federal thing. NY has mask requirements Pennsylvania, nothing, except medical.
