No. It's being reported on multiple news outlets.

even then, maybe he's just separating himself from what's about to go down.

Too late. He's already taken responsibility for the vaxx. He's actually proud of it. Biden has also given credit to Trump -- as in, his advisors told him to because that would free Biden of any responsibility.

So now when bodies pile up, they'll blame Trump for the worst vaccine disaster in history.
