Been on the phone all day because Samsung took $100 from my cc stating that we hadn’t returned a trade in phone. I have both the shipping receipt and tracking with delivery date and time, even who signed for it. They have had it 11 days (7 business) . The maximum time their policies states for process from the warehouse needs to update their records. They are saying I need to wait 24-48 hours for a arbitration before they return my $$$ ! They took the money last week before their clock even ran out. I even tried to call fed ex and they won’t help me. I am so sick and tired of the bs we allow these company’s to do to us I’m about ready to bust! Why do we let them get away with it? I understand this isn’t a proper forum but when you think about it the situation is systematic in our culture and we need to hold them accountable. I am. I will be calling South Korea corporate offices as soon as they open. It isn’t about the money!

If we America were strong than companies would know they cant pull this stuff. America would have laws about doing business in our county, if we were strong we’d have our own heathy companies and we wouldn’t have to do business with overseas providers because they were the only place in town!
