That buzzard holding the weight and scale's needs those dishes to be way off balance to properly represent "Our Good Ole USA - IRS" - fully slanted in there favor , at all times , without hesitation, or shame. How the general population just doesn't get fed up and say "Enough is Enough" - is beyond me.
