This is fake, the video is real. it was a note or something else, and a handoff did happen (it was posted when it happened months ago) which is still... Very strange. Maybe he just went for a hand hold in front of the cameras. The kid seemed to have received something

I think the video is reversed because I feel like I remember joe biden initiating the handoff, but I could be wrong
