Well it's winter. Dry arid air. Static electricity? What type of clothes are you wearing? Sheets? It's possible this is just a simple case of static electricity.
Can you black out the room? Do you see any electric charge? Our bodies are conductors.
Is your bedroom near a smart meter outside the home? New 5G wireless router? Can you reproduce this in any/every room? Standing? Laying down? In the car, which is isolated from ground due to rubber tires? Etc etc
Yes we are on the bed, but it does not feel like static electricity. We can't feel it in our hair or feel any sort of shock at first touch, and this is a constant electrical buzz when rubbed in certain areas (the underside of your forearm from 1/4 way up from the wrist all the way past the inside of your elbow, rub up and down longways slowly back and forth along your veins--the collar bone back and forth--from the underside of the ear along the jawline and down your neck, and elsewhere on the outer arms and somewhere in the legs/feet too).
The best I can describe it is that your finger is the bow and your skin is the violin...you need light contact with the skin but not so light that you're just rubbing peach fuzz. At first when she mentioned it weeks back I wasn't sure if I could feel it. Then she kept saying it those first few days and I actually felt it too...and now when she does it I instantly feel it and it's super obvious, I don't know how I never felt it. And now I can do it to her and then there's the sound now too...
I am about 10 ft from a smart meter on the outside of my house. That's exactly what one of my programmer/EE friends asked me as well. We will have to test this out in different areas and situations to know for sure what is going on. Thanks for the variables, we will do some tests.
