All the cell towers are Microwave transmitters.
Global warming, particularly in the cities, is a form of pollution cause by the Telecom Industry.
Just like the Oil Industry doesn't have to pay to clean up their spills because of the Federal Super Fund program, the Telecoms want a carbon tax to pay for the effects of warming. In Industry it's called "Externalization of Cost" .
