Im sure ill get down votes...feeling a bit off today. Cant really describe it but feeling like im processing information and it feels very very heavy. Just wondering if anyone else might be feeling the same.

This is solid advice. I was feeling the heavy feeling today then read the Bible it totally took away the heaviness!
