It's the flu. But praying for her. Because I've had some where I was sure I was going to die...and some just a pain in the arse. I was 3 months pregnant w my son and had a horrible one which Lord I wouldn't describe to anyone I havent gotten drunk with before🤣. But the vitamins and Qucertin I would do.
