I'm willing to bet only 25% of tax revenue is actually spent on what it was intended. Now I know people working need to get paid. Even at liberal estimations, I suspect that would still only account for 50%. The rest is likely being pocketed and redistributed to kronies and other made-up programs established to funnel money.
