I consumed 2 tubes of it in about two weeks. I weigh 175 took a 250 dose.

I took my weight but when I was researching all this long time ago I seem to remember the dose for when your sick is double the horse dose weight?

More or less. The first day i didnt realize there was a ring on the plunger and lost about 1/4 of the tube. But i think i skipped a day here and there.
