Ivermectin pills melt in water in about 2 minutes. I melted pills for my 9 year old who had covid at the same time as the rest of us. She didn't love the flavor but was able to motor it down. I used a small amount of water to decrease volume and make it quicker for her. I'd be nervous about using juice just because I'm not a pharmacist but you could see if juice will impact the meds and go that route for a better flavor experience.
